SPGS TO HOST THE COMMONWEALTH FORESTRY ASSOCIATION YOUNG FORESTER AWARD 2009

The SPGS
will host the Young Forester Award of 2009, an initiative of the Commonwealth Forestry Association, where two young forestry professionals from another country will do work placements with us for a 3 months period. The award is aimed at giving young foresters diverse work experiences which they can share with their home countries. To

WE WON THE CUP

The SPGS  is officially the best communicator of all European Union supported projects in Uganda. This was confirmed through the inaugural European Commission's Communication and Visibility Award annual competition, in which we came out tops! The competition is aimed at encouraging EU supported projects to showcase their activities to the public emphasizing the role they play towards the economic development of this country and the contribution of the European Union towards this.
